New radiologist joins Sharon Regional imaging team


Barry E. Marchetto, M.D., board certified radiologist and managing partner of Regional Imaging Associates, is pleased to welcome Eric J. Fielding, M.D., as a fulltime addition to the radiology team.

Dr. Fielding served previously as a radiologist for UPMC St. Margaret Memorial Hospital, Pittsburgh, and as a diagnostic radiologist on the clinical faculty of University of Pittsburgh Physicians of UPMC Health System. He received his medical education from the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine and completed a radiology fellowship at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Allentown, Pa. Dr. Fielding is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Drs. Marchetto, Adele Lipari, Steven Karr, and Fielding provide fulltime, comprehensive, medical imaging services to Sharon Regional's physicians and patients, including diagnostic radiology, ultrasound, MRI, CT, nuclear imaging, PET imaging, mammography (including stereotactic breast biopsies), bone density studies, and much more.

The medical imaging services provided by the doctors are supported by more than 100 highly specialized Radiologic technologists and support staff at Sharon Regional.
