December 2003 New Coumadin Clinic Sharon Regional recently opened its new Coumadin Clinic, a convenient Coumadin management program located at its Cancer Care Center, 2320 Highland Rd, Hermitage. The new service provides immediate INR results via a point-of-care "fingerstick" test, a full update of each patient's anticoagulation history, and printed, easy-to-follow dosage instructions that are given to the patient at the conclusion of each visit. Physicians can refer their patients to a safe, reliable service that offers convenience and complete access to patient information and patient reports from any location at any time.
