Sharon Regional opens Home Health Agency office in Brookfield

Sharon Regional is pleased to announce the opening of the Brookfield Home Health Agency (HHA) in the Brookfield Family Medicine Center at 7264 Warren-Sharon Road, Brookfield.  The Brookfield HHA is certified by the Ohio Department of Health and accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO).

The Agency provides comprehensive, high quality home care services to individuals whose needs can be met in the home setting.  A licensed physician or dentist may order home care services for their patients. Services available include: Skilled Nursing (including Infusion Therapy care), Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Work, Maternal/Newborn/Pediatric Nursing Care, and Home Care Aide services.

The Brookfield Home Health Agency provides services to residents in parts of eastern Trumbull County including the communities of Brookfield, Burghill, Coalburg, Fowler, Hartford, Hubbard, Masury, Vienna, and Yankee Lake.

Physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, personal care homes, families and individuals may inquire about home care services or make referrals by calling either the main office in Sharon or the Brookfield office.
