Join us for 4 weeks of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a form of 'meditation in motion' slow rhythmic meditative movement designed to help find peace and calm. Your body and mind working together! It is an effective means to decrease stress and anxiety, as well as increase balance, flexibility, fitness and core muscles. Tai chi can be performed in a standing or seated position.

Loose fitting clothes and comfortable supportive shoes are recommended.
