MRI/CT cardiology specialist joins Sharon Regional
J. Ronald Mikolich, M.D., FACC
J. Ronald Mikolich, M.D., cardiologist, recently joined the medical staff of Sharon Regional Health System. He specializes in both Cardiac CT Angiography and Cardiac MRI, while maintaining a Consultative Cardiology practice. Dr. Mikolich is board certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Internal Medicine, and is also a Fellow of the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventions.

He currently is Chief of the Section of Cardiology and a professor of Internal Medicine at the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, Rootstown, OH. Dr. Mikolich has published extensively on topics within his specialties in numerous professional publications.
Dr. Mikolich completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA, a residency in Internal Medicine at Riverside Hospital, Columbus, OH, and an internship in Internal Medicine from Riverside Hospital. He earned his medical degree from Ohio State University and undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.
