Radiation Oncology -

The Radiation Oncology Department consists of a team of ARRT certified Therapists, a certified Dosimetrist, a Physicist, certified radiation nurse, a secretary, and a board-certified Radiation oncologist. Dennis Ulewicz, M.D., is the Medical Director assisted by Jesse McCloskey, Chief Radiation Therapist.

Our state-of-the-art equipment includes:

  • Siemens ARTISTE linear accelerator
  • Phillips large bore CT simulator
  • BAT Cam localization
  • 3D/IMRT treatment planning/PET Ct/TX planning
  • Electron beam capability
  • Access to national clinical trials
  • Multileaf collimation
  • Prostate Brachytherapy
  • Siemens Primus IMRT

Medical Oncology -

The Medical Oncology Department consists of a team of registered nurses, three board-certified Medical Oncologists with three nurses certified in oncology nursing, a nurse practitioner, a secretary, and one aide. George C. Garrow, M.D., is the Director of Medical Oncology. He works closely with Jeffrey Gryn, M.D., and Cynthia Sile, M.D., along with Debra Evans, CRNP, a nurse practitioner.

We use the most progressive treatments available to destroy or control the growth of cancer cells. These treatments include:

  • Chemotherapy administration
  • Blood administration
  • Biological response modifiers
  • Intravenous infusions
  • Injections
  • Access to national clinical trials

Affiliation with National Cancer Research Centers - Our physicians are affiliated with prestigious national cancer research centers. These national Affiliations mean that our patients have access to the newest therapies and treatment protocols while receiving highly personalized, state-of-the-art cancer care right here, close to home.
