Employee Assistance Program

When a personal concern doesn't go away, your health, family relationships, or job performance can suffer. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to help you deal with these difficult situations. The EAP is a free benefit available to all employees of participating companies, and their dependents living with them, provided in conjunction with Sharon Regional. This service provides counseling, referral and support services and helps you to quickly resolve issues and problems – so you can stay healthy, happy and productive.

EAP provides ready and confidential access to a professional counselor who can help you and family members identify and assess personal problems such as:

  • Marital/family conflicts
  • Emotional/psychological concerns
  • Job stress
  • Alcohol/drug difficulties
  • Financial concerns
  • Chronic absenteeism
  • Relationships with co-workers
  • Sexual Harassment

Talk to a Professional:

Whether it is a simple question, an emergency or ongoing problem, our counselor will help you get a fresh perspective on the situation. Together, you will discuss options and find workable solutions. You will draw upon strengths to make positive changes in your life.

See How it Works:

Employee Assistance Program Just call and explain your situation. You will be offered a private appointment away from your workplace. The program provides ready access to a professional counselor who can help identify and assess personal problems. Once the nature of your situation is understood, the counselor will help develop a service plan with you, referring you to the resource best qualified to deal with your needs. Often, a few counseling sessions are all that is necessary to resolve the problem. The program counselor provides follow-up to make sure that you receive the help you need.

If your work performance is affected by personal concerns contact the Employee Assistance Program at 724-983-5495, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
